General terms and conditions:

The website www.atelier-adriette.com is operated by Atelier Adriette (refered to by the term “Seller”, "us", "we" in this agreement). The terms “Client”, “You”, “Your” refer to you, the user of services provided on www.atelier-adriette.com.

1. Accepting terms and conditions
By visiting www.atelier-adriette.com and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products
The products offered for purchase on www.atelier-adriette.com are digital PDF sewing patterns and tutorials.
Atelier Adriette also offers free content in the blog section on the website.
These products and content are strictly reserved to your personal use.
Selling, renting, sub-licensing, reproducing, duplicating, copying and redistribution of any material or content from www.atelier-adriette.com is forbidden, without written authorization from the Seller.
Selling finished products using Atelier Adriette patterns is forbiden, without written authorization from Atelier Adriette, or without purchasing commercial licenses to do so.

3. Price
On each product page, the price is given in Euro or US Dollar (depending on selected country or geolocation), before tax. Taxes will be calculated and included in final order amount, before payment is processed. The price listed in order confirmation is the final price, all taxes included.
Prices for our products are subject to chage without notice, but any purchased product will be billed according to the applicable price at the time of order validation. Atelier Adriette reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice, at any time, and will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Order
The User will choose to order as a guest or by creating or logging in to a personal account.
When an order is placed and validated (payment successfully processed), the Seller will send an order confirmation email, including date, amount and products details of the purchase to the email address provided by Client. The sell will be final upon reception of order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Client with whom a preexisting litigation relative to an earlier order is unresolved. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided when ordering is accurate: in case of a mistake in Clients personal information (such as a wrong email address for instance), the Seller will not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

5. Delivery
After order has been confirmed, the Seller undertakes to deliver all purchased digital products to the Client, by sending a download link by email, within 24 hours following order validation.
The Client with a personal account will also have access to download links of purchased goods by connecting to his users account, on the website www.atelier-adriette.com dans la rubrique « Mon Compte ».

6. Payment
Any order has to be paid in full to be validated.
The accepted payment methods on www.atelier-adriette.com are credit and debit cards.
Financial transactions are conducted through STIPE. The order will be validated when payment through STIPE has been accepted and processed. Atelier Adriette does not collect any bank on credit card information.

Par ailleurs, quel que soit le mode de règlement, LE VENDEUR se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande d’un client avec lequel existerait un litige.

7. Rétractation
En passant commande de produits numériques sur ce site, le client renonce expressément à son droit de rétractation découlant des dispositions de l’article L221-18 du code de la consommation.
Conformément aux dispositions de l’article L221-28, le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les contrats de fourniture d’un contenu numérique non fourni sur un support matériel dont l’exécution a commencé après accord préalable exprès du consommateur et renoncement exprès à son droit de rétractation.

7. Governing law and Limitation of liability
These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Washington State, USA.
We do not guarantee that your use of our services and informations provided on www.atelier-adriette.com will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
The Seller will not be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, that could result from misuse of the products or service. The liability of the Seller will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the purchase and cannot be questioned for simple errors or omissions that could have persisted despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the Client has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution from the Seller. Any claim addressed to atelieradriette@gmail.comwill be reviewed with benevolence.
In any case, the Seller will not be held responsible for respect of legal obligations or local regulations in the contry of destination. Responsibility of Seller is systematically limited to the amount of implicated purchase.

8. Personal information
Provision by the Client of personal information for remote sales is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders. The lack of information will result in order not being validated. The Client has the right to access, modify, correct and delete data about himself, by reaching out to the Seller. Under no circumstance shall the Seller communicate the contact details of its Clients to third parties, whether for free of otherwise.

9. Code of conduct
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Atelier Adriette does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Atelier Adriette, but only the views and opinions of the person who posts them.
Atelier Adriette reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
